After the package get off China, it may take a few days to arrive in your country. During this period of time, your shipment status will not update. So please be patient and try in waiting a couple days.

The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. Duties and taxes might be calculated and charged by customs officials in your country (It sometimes happened with our UK packages) They are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.
In this case, customs should have hold up your package and you shall receive a notification. You pay the taxes then you will get your package very soon
And you can also contact local DHL and ask them, given your phone number and tracking code is right there on the package.
We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return the product to us, simply contact us by e-mail for return instructions within 14 days of receiving the product. We will replay you within 24 hours.
In this case, it's probably lost by the local post office, or the postman put in somewhere strange or got stolen. Because the local post office don't require client to sign on the package. But there's still a possibility to find it if you personally go to the local post office and confront them with the tracking code, your ID and phone number.
