If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange to us and we will try our best to meet your request.
Need a different set, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock.
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with original label back to us. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
-Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the day customer receive the goods.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return & Exchange Process
Return shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1:Please submit a request to email@example.com or leave messages on our Facebook Messenger.
Step 2:After submitting the request online,you will receive authorization and return address by email within 48 hours.
Step 3:Ship the return package to our warehouse and email us the return shipping info（tracking No. & delivery company）.
Step 4:You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package.
It will take longer time（maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is）to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange.
PURCHASE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
-Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange policy.
-Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, and swimwear can not be returned. If there is a manufacturing fault with your clothing or it does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date.
-Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will not accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.
